Cheniere Energy, Inc. Board Leadership Transition and Officer Changes

Cheniere Energy, Inc. announced significant leadership changes effective at the conclusion of the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. G. Andrea Botta will retire as Chairman of the Board, a role he held for 10 years. Jack A. Fusco, currently President and CEO, will assume the combined role of Chairman, President, and CEO. Patricia Collawn, an independent director, will serve as Lead Director. Additionally, Scott Peak was appointed to the Board of Directors, replacing Matthew Runkle. The company also amended Jack A. Fusco's employment agreement to ensure continued vesting of long-term incentive awards upon termination under certain conditions.
