Luckin Coffee Inc. Announces Change to Board of Directors

Luckin Coffee Inc. announced a change to its Board of Directors. The terms of Jinyi Guo, Wenbao Cao, Weihao (Michael) Chen, Jun Liu, Feng Liu, Qianli Liu, and Sean Shao expired in May 2026. Feng Liu will not seek re-appointment due to personal reasons but will continue as an external strategic advisor. The other directors have been re-appointed for a successive two-year period. The Board now consists of nine directors: Hui Li, Jinyi Guo, Wenbao Cao, Guiyi Chen, Weihao (Michael) Chen, Jun Liu, Joel A. Getz, Qianli Liu, and Sean Shao. Committee chairpersons have also been appointed: Sean Shao for Audit and Compensation Committees, and Weihao (Michael) Chen for the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
