Snow Lake Resources Ltd. Acquisition of Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited Update

Snow Lake Resources Ltd. (NASDAQ: LITM) has provided an update on its acquisition of Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited (GUE). The Federal Court of Australia has ordered GUE to convene meetings for its shareholders and optionholders to vote on the proposed Share Scheme and Option Scheme. These meetings are scheduled for January 27, 2026, in Sydney, Australia. GUE Securityholders are advised to review the Scheme Booklet, expected to be released following registration with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, and are encouraged to seek independent advice before voting. The Independent GUE Board has unanimously recommended voting in favor of the Schemes, provided no superior proposal emerges and an independent expert concludes the Schemes are in the best interests of GUE securityholders. The Independent GUE Board members intend to vote their GUE shares and options in favor of the Schemes.
