Snow Lake Resources Ltd. Acquisition of Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited

Snow Lake Resources Ltd. announced that Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited (GUE) has dispatched its Scheme Booklet to GUE securityholders for meetings to approve the acquisition by Snow Lake. The Scheme Booklet contains information about the proposed acquisition, including an Independent Expert's Report which concluded that the Share Scheme and Option Scheme are fair and reasonable. The GUE Independent Directors unanimously recommend voting in favor of the Schemes. GUE securityholders are advised to read the Scheme Booklet carefully before voting. The dispatch of the Scheme Booklet was in accordance with the orders of the Federal Court of Australia.
