Lineage, Inc. Announces Leadership Transition for CIO and CTO

Lineage, Inc. announced that Sudarsan Thattai, its Chief Information Officer and Chief Transformation Officer, plans to retire on April 2, 2027. The company has implemented a phased transition plan to ensure continuity. Mr. Thattai will continue as Chief Transformation Officer until his retirement, while his Chief Information Officer responsibilities will be transitioned to other management members in advance. The company expressed gratitude for Mr. Thattai's 13 years of service, highlighting his role in developing the company's IT and innovation capabilities, including the proprietary warehouse execution technology, LinOS. Chris Johnson, Vice President of Technology Projects, will assume day-to-day leadership of the global IT and Technology organization during the transition period. Mr. Thattai expressed confidence in Lineage's future growth and innovation.
