Resignation of Eric L. Zinterhofer from Board of Directors

Eric L. Zinterhofer has resigned from the Board of Directors of Liberty Latin America Ltd. (the “Company”), effective December 31, 2025. His resignation is not due to any dispute or disagreement with the Company. In response, the Board has reduced its size from 10 to 9 members. The resignation was announced on December 19, 2025, with Mr. Zinterhofer having served on the Board for eight years. The Company expressed gratitude for his contributions and insights. Mr. Zinterhofer stated it was a privilege to serve and expressed confidence in the Company's future.
