LEIFRAS CO., LTD. Officer/Director Change

LEIFRAS CO., LTD. announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer position. Mr. Mitsuharu Yazawa resigned from his role as CFO effective immediately on March 27, 2026, but will continue to serve as a director. His resignation was not due to any disagreements with the company. Ms. Rei Yamamoto has been appointed as the new CFO. Ms. Yamamoto has a comprehensive financial background, having worked at various companies including Quaras Inc., Adecco Ltd., and Akkodis, and has been with LEIFRAS CO., LTD. since April 2025, leading IPO preparations. She is a US CPA and holds an IFRS Certificate.
