Levi Strauss & Co. Reports Third-Quarter Results
Levi Strauss & Co. announced its third-quarter financial results, reporting a 4% increase in net revenues to $1.6 billion and a 5% increase in organic net revenues compared to the previous year. The company saw growth in its international and wholesale businesses, with net revenues up by 4% in Europe and 5% in Asia. The direct-to-consumer (DTC) business experienced a 2% increase in net revenues, although DTC comparable sales growth was flat. Operating margin improved to 13.8% from 10.8% in the prior year, driven by a significant impact from tariff refunds. Diluted earnings per share (EPS) from continuing operations were $0.43, with adjusted diluted EPS at $0.48. The company raised its full-year 2026 outlook for margin and EPS, projecting adjusted diluted EPS between $1.54 to $1.56. Levi Strauss & Co. also announced plans to initiate a $100 million accelerated share repurchase program.
