Legacy Housing Corporation Appoints Jon Langbert as Chief Financial Officer

On December 18, 2025, Legacy Housing Corporation appointed Jon Langbert, 60, as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Langbert brings extensive experience from various leadership roles, including President of Plush Suites, owner of Langbert Financial, founder of Alight, and founder of Consolidated Route. He began his career in finance and accounting and holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Langbert replaces Ronald Arrington, who stepped down as Interim Chief Financial Officer on the same date. An employment agreement between the Company and Mr. Langbert is expected. There are no disclosed arrangements, understandings, or material interests in transactions requiring disclosure, nor any family relationships with current directors or officers.
