Lithium Argentina AG: Form 6-K Filing
Lithium Argentina AG has filed a Form 6-K report detailing an updated mineral resource and reserve estimate for their Cauchari-Olaroz brine operation. The updated estimate, effective December 31, 2025, shows a 42% increase in Measured and Indicated resources to 28.1 million tonnes of LCE, with an average lithium grade of 562 mg/L. Inferred resources also increased to 9.6 million tonnes of LCE. The company is advancing Stage 2 development, targeting an additional 45,000 tonnes per annum of LCE, having filed the necessary applications for the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (RIGI) and environmental permits. The updated reserve model aligns with Stage 1 production of 40,000 tpa over a 35-year period. A technical report is expected in March 2026, with Stage 2 development plan results anticipated mid-2026. The company is focused on de-risking its growth pipeline and aims for a combined capacity of over 200,000 tpa LCE across northern Argentina, emphasizing disciplined capital allocation for long-term shareholder value.
