Kidoz Inc. Appoints Tarrnie Williams Jr. as Chief Operating Officer

Kidoz Inc. announced the appointment of Tarrnie Williams Jr. as Chief Operating Officer, formalizing his leadership of the Company’s product, technology, and operational functions. Williams has been with Kidoz since 2019 and has led the transformation of the Company's technology platform, driving revenue growth from US$4.5 million in fiscal 2019 to US$18.4 million in fiscal 2025, and transitioning from net loss to profitability. He has rebuilt the scalable, core ad-serving infrastructure and real-time analytics platform, strengthened privacy systems, established a dedicated high-performance game advertising capability, and implemented an AI-augmented engineering and operations model. As COO, he is responsible for technology development, product management, infrastructure, program management, quality assurance, human resources, and organizational design. Williams brings nearly four decades of executive experience across interactive entertainment, AdTech, and virtual production, with a career history including executive roles at Relic Entertainment and Electronic Arts, and co-founding MixCast Studios.
