Jerash Holdings Announces Board Leadership Transition

Jerash Holdings (US), Inc. announced a transition in its Board leadership. Current Chairman of the Board, Mr. Choi Lin Hung, will not stand for re-election at the upcoming 2026 annual meeting of stockholders but will continue to serve as CEO, President, and Treasurer. The Board has nominated Mr. Ng Tsze Lun, the current Head of Marketing, to be elected as the new Chairman of the Board, effective immediately following his election. Mr. Ng, who has extensive experience in the garment industry, will continue his existing compensation arrangements. The company issued a press release on July 21, 2026, to announce these changes.
