Julong Holding Limited Announces Changes to Board of Directors and Committees

Julong Holding Limited has announced changes to its board of directors and committees. Ms. Jinying Wang has resigned from the audit committee, effective June 9, 2026. Mr. Shengshan Sun has been appointed as an independent director and as a member of the audit, nominating and corporate governance, and compensation committees, also effective June 9, 2026. Mr. Sun brings extensive legal and academic experience to the board. Following these changes, the board consists of five members, with three independent directors. The composition of the audit, nominating and corporate governance, and compensation committees has also been updated, with Ms. Yuling Bai chairing the audit and compensation committees, and Mr. Zhaobo Liu chairing the nominating and corporate governance committee.
