Jiayin Group Inc. Announces Leadership Change

Jiayin Group Inc. announced a change in its executive team. Ms. Dan Qi has been appointed as the new Chief Risk Officer, effective June 1, 2026. She brings 14 years of experience in big data risk management from leading financial technology platforms and digital financial institutions, including WeBank and Alipay. Ms. Qi holds a Master's degree in Economics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Hubei University of Education. Ms. Yifang Xu has resigned from her position as Chief Risk Officer, also effective June 1, 2026, due to personal reasons, but will continue to serve on the Company's Board of Directors. The Company expressed gratitude to Ms. Xu for her service and anticipates Ms. Qi's expertise will enhance their risk management capabilities and support sustainable growth.
