Jubilant Flame International, LTD announced on April 10, 2026, the resignation of KCCW Accountancy Corp as its independent registered public accounting firm. The resignation was accepted by the Company's Board of Directors. KCCW's reports for the fiscal years ended February 28, 2025, and February 29, 2024, included an explanatory paragraph regarding the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
