JD.com Announces Pricing of CNY10 Billion Senior Notes Offering

JD.com, Inc. announced the pricing of its offering of CNY10 billion aggregate principal amount of CNY-denominated senior unsecured notes. The offering includes CNY7.5 billion of notes due 2031 with a 2.05% interest rate and CNY2.5 billion of notes due 2036 with a 2.75% interest rate. The company expects to close the offering on or about April 10, 2026. The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of existing indebtedness and payment of interest. The notes are offered in offshore transactions to non-U.S. persons in reliance on Regulation S and are expected to be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
