Significant Ownership Interest Filing

Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A. announced that GQG Partners LLC has become a significant owner, holding approximately 4.97% of the company's preferred shares and American Depositary Receipts. This ownership stake was acquired through the disposal of shares in the secondary market. GQG Partners has stated that this is a minority investment and they do not intend to alter the control or administrative structure of Itaú Unibanco. They also confirmed that they do not hold proxy voting rights on behalf of their clients and do not plan to acquire additional shares with the intent to gain control.
