Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A. Announces Issuance of Perpetual Subordinated Financial Bills

Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A. has announced the issuance of Perpetual Subordinated Financial Bills totaling BRL 3 billion, negotiated with professional investors. These bills are perpetual and may be repurchased starting in 2031, pending authorization from the Central Bank of Brazil. The issuance is in accordance with Central Bank of Brazil Resolutions No. 122 and No. 5.007, and these Financial Bills will be included in the Company's Additional Tier 1 capital.
