Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A. Announces Change in Statutory Audit Committee Composition
Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A. has announced a change in its Statutory Audit Committee. Antonio Francisco de Lima Neto has been elected as a member, replacing Rogério Carvalho Braga. This appointment is effective until the Annual General Stockholders' Meeting in 2027. The election is subject to ratification by the Central Bank of Brazil, and until then, Rogério Carvalho Braga will continue in his role. Antonio Francisco de Lima Neto brings extensive experience, having served on various audit committees and in leadership positions at financial institutions, including Banco Itaú Paraguay, Banco Itaú Chile, Banco Fibra S.A., and Banco do Brasil S.A. He also has experience with risk committees and boards of directors, including IRB Brasil RE and Brasilprev Seguros e Previdência S.A. He holds advanced degrees in Economics and Marketing, as well as an Executive MBA and a board member certification.
