iQSTEL Inc. has announced a strategic partnership with IDILIO TV, a mobile-first entertainment platform specializing in vertical microdramas for Spanish-speaking audiences. The collaboration aims to leverage iQSTEL's extensive global telecommunications infrastructure, which reaches approximately 2.3 billion end users through over 600 carrier interconnections, to distribute IDILIO TV's content. The company has set an objective to establish distribution channels capable of reaching a potential audience of 40 million mobile users by the second quarter of 2027. This initiative is part of iQSTEL's broader strategy to diversify its revenue streams by introducing higher-margin digital services, moving beyond traditional low-margin wholesale telecommunications. IDILIO TV has secured a $5 million seed round and possesses a platform with over 2 million downloads and 49 original series. The partnership is expected to contribute to iQSTEL's EBITDA and margin expansion goals by creating a scalable, recurring-revenue model through direct carrier billing and other bundled services, targeting a significant underserved Spanish-language market.
