INTER & Co, INC. Announces Issuance of Subordinated Financial Bills

INTER & Co, INC. (NASDAQ: INTR; B3: INBR32) announced that its subsidiary, Banco Inter S.A., has issued Subordinated Financial Bills totaling R$300,000,000.00 to professional investors. These perpetual Tier I Notes, known as "LFSC," include a repurchase option exercisable from 2031, subject to authorization from the Central Bank of Brazil. As per Central Bank of Brazil Resolutions No. 122 and No. 5007, these Financial Bills will be included in Banco Inter's Additional Capital, contributing approximately 0.7 percentage points to its Basel Ratio, calculated based on the capital base as of December 31, 2025. The issuance was announced on April 8, 2026.
