InMode Ltd. Announces Board and Executive Appointments

InMode Ltd. has appointed Dr. Shlomo Nass to its Board of Directors, filling the vacancy left by Dr. Michael Anghel. Dr. Nass will serve as a Class II Director until the 2027 annual general meeting, holding positions as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Audit & Investment Committee, and a member of the Compensation, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He is recognized as an independent director by Nasdaq standards and an "audit committee financial expert" by SEC rules. Dr. Nass, a senior partner at an Israeli law firm, is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information System Auditor. Concurrently, InMode appointed Moshe (Moshik) Itzkovich as its new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Yair Malca who will transition to a consultant role. Itzkovich, previously Senior Vice President, Finance for North America and Europe, will receive a base salary of CAD 500,000 and is eligible for a quarterly bonus.
