ING Groep N.V. Share Buyback Program Update

ING Groep N.V. announced the completion of its share buyback program initiated on October 30, 2025, with 47,040,466 ordinary shares repurchased for a total consideration of €1,103,554,715.12. The company also announced a new share buyback program of up to €1.0 billion, aimed at maintaining its CET1 ratio at approximately 13%.
