ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. reported its unaudited consolidated revenue for March 2026 and the first quarter of 2026. Revenue for March 2026 increased by 23.1% year-over-year to NT$2,501.6 million (US$78.1 million). First quarter 2026 revenue reached NT$6,935.6 million (US$216.4 million), marking a 25.4% year-over-year increase and a 6.4% sequential increase from the fourth quarter of 2025. The company attributes this growth to strong demand in AI-related applications and high-value memory solutions, particularly for data center use, which has improved long-term visibility.
