ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. announced that its 11th Board of Directors has determined the ex-dividend record date for common shares. The company will distribute NT$1.23 per common share in cash from its capital surplus. The ex-dividend record date is set for July 5, 2026, with a book closure period from July 1 to July 5, 2026.
