CIMG Inc. Subsidiary Shortlisted as Supplier Candidate for Guangzhou Bank
CIMG Inc. announced that its subsidiary, Beijing Xinmiao Shidai Technology Development Co., Ltd., has been shortlisted as a candidate supplier for Bank of Guangzhou Co., Ltd.âs 2025 server procurement tender. The subsidiary entered into a Framework Agreement with Guangzhou Bank, establishing a partnership. Under the agreement, Xinmiao Shidai will supply CPU servers, hard disks, and solid-state drives manufactured by Inspur Group Co., Ltd. for a period of two years. Guangzhou Bank will conduct price inquiries or invite bids among shortlisted suppliers to determine the final supplier for corresponding supply contracts. The total benchmark bid amount is approximately US$15.95 million (tax-inclusive).
