IHS Holding Limited Announces Change of Director

IHS Holding Limited has announced a change in its Board of Directors, effective April 29, 2026. William Saad has been appointed as an executive director. Mr. Saad is a co-founder of the Company and currently holds the position of Executive Vice President and Group Chief Operating Officer. He succeeds Mr. Bashir El-Rufai, who resigned from the Board on the same date.
