IBEX Limited Appoints Shuja Keen as Director and Restructures Board Leadership

IBEX Limited announced the appointment of Shuja Keen as a director, filling a vacancy on the Board. Mr. Keen, who previously served on the Board from March 2018 to December 2024, brings extensive experience in executive leadership, global operations, AI, and the CX industry. His prior tenure saw him play a key role in the company's AI strategy. Concurrently, John Jones was appointed Chair of the Board, and Mingzhe (JJ) Zhuang became Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee. These changes, effective immediately, aim to enhance the company's governance structure, responding to shareholder feedback. Mr. Keen, a founding team member of The Resource Group International, has a background in technology-enabled services, M&A, and capital markets. He also holds directorships and advisory roles in various AI and technology-focused entities. Mr. Keen will participate in the company's standard non-executive director compensation program.
