Cunjun Ma, along with Huidz Holding Limited and Bodyguard Holding Limited, filed an amended Schedule 13G (Amendment No. 4) for Huize Holding Limited. As of March 31, 2026, Cunjun Ma reports beneficial ownership of 359,433,041 common shares, representing 31.7% of the class and 76.1% of the total voting power. This position includes 123,745,346 Class A shares issuable upon option exercises, 10,320,000 Class A shares held as ADSs, 150,591,207 Class B shares held via Huidz Holding Limited, and 74,776,488 Class A shares for which voting power was delegated to him. Huidz Holding Limited is controlled by the QYRT Family Trust, with Mr. Ma as the settlor.
