Power of Attorney for SEC Filings

This filing is an Exhibit 24, a Power of Attorney granted by Haim Zuarets, Head of Services Division at Hub Cyber Security Ltd., to Tuvia Grossman, Netanel Derovan, Michael Rosenberg, and Stephanie Swan. The attorneys-in-fact are authorized to handle all necessary actions for Zuarets to submit and file forms, schedules, and other documents with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) using the EDGAR system.
