Fusion Fuel Green PLC Announces Potential Revenue from NSR Royalty at Huemul Project
Fusion Fuel Green PLC has announced potential revenue from a Net Smelter Return (NSR) royalty held by Royal Uranium Inc. concerning the Huemul Project in Argentina. Fusion Fuel is in the process of acquiring a controlling interest in Royal Uranium, which would give it exposure to a 1.0% NSR royalty on the Huemul Project. This project, located in Mendoza Province, is a significant uranium, copper, and vanadium district that includes the historic Huemul mine. Jaguar Uranium Corp. has outlined a two-phase exploration plan for the project, which is expected to commence after the submission and approval of an environmental baseline study. Fusion Fuel views this anticipated royalty platform as a strategic move to gain capital-efficient exposure to critical energy and resource markets, aligning with its strategy to build a diversified royalty portfolio. The company anticipates that this move will position it to benefit from potential long-term commodity price upside, particularly for uranium and other critical minerals.
