HSBC Holdings plc Board Changes

HSBC Holdings plc announces that Ann Godbehere, Senior Independent Director, will be stepping down and retiring from the Board at the Company's 2026 AGM for personal and lifestyle reasons. Group Chair Brendan Nelson thanked Godbehere for her contributions. Godbehere will continue to receive fees for her roles until her retirement and is not entitled to any loss of office payments. There are no matters relating to her retirement that need to be brought to shareholders' attention. The announcement also lists the current members of the Board of Directors as of the filing date.
