Hydro One Limited Announces Leadership Changes and Director Election Results

Hydro One Limited has announced significant leadership changes and reported the results of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on June 9, 2026. Megan Telford has been welcomed as the new President and CEO, succeeding David Lebeter. Telford has also been elected as a Director. The company also welcomed Perrin Beatty as a new Director. Helga Reidel and Mitch Panciuk were thanked for their service. The meeting saw a turnout of 84.23% of issued and outstanding common shares. All 10 director nominees were elected, with high percentages of votes in favor. Additionally, KPMG LLP was appointed as the external auditor, and an advisory resolution on executive compensation was approved.
