HOPE BANCORP, INC. - 2026 Annual Stockholder Meeting Results

The 2026 annual meeting of stockholders of Hope Bancorp, Inc. was held virtually on May 21, 2026. Stockholders voted on the election of directors, ratification of Crowe LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for 2026, and an advisory vote to approve 2025 executive compensation. All director nominees were elected. The appointment of Crowe LLP was ratified with approximately 97% of the votes cast in favor. The advisory vote to approve 2025 compensation for Named Executive Officers also passed, with approximately 90% of the votes cast in favor. A total of 113,267,099 shares, representing 88.53% of outstanding common stock, were voted at the meeting.
