Amendment to License Agreement Extension

TAP Real Estate Technologies, Inc. announced an amendment to its existing License Agreement with TAP, Inc. The original agreement, dated December 30, 2025, was set to expire on March 31, 2026. The amendment, effective March 31, 2026, extends the term of the license agreement to June 30, 2026. This extension provides the parties additional time to negotiate a final, definitive license agreement. The terms of the original License Agreement remain in effect, as amended by this new agreement. All other terms and conditions of the License Agreement are unchanged and continue in full force and effect.
