Hillman Solutions Corp. Form 8-K Filing

Hillman Solutions Corp. announced the completion of its acquisition of Kanebridge, LLC on August 28, 2026. The acquisition was funded through a combination of cash on hand, borrowings under the company's revolving credit facility, and $200 million in additional senior secured term loans. These loans were obtained through an amendment to the existing term loan credit agreement, dated July 22, 2026. The additional term loans mature on July 22, 2033, and are on the same terms as the existing loans.
