AMTD Digital Inc. Subsidiary TGE Announces Successful Pricing of First SPAC Listing

AMTD Digital Inc. announced that its subsidiary, The Generation Essentials Group (TGE), has successfully priced the initial public offering of its first sponsored SPAC, TGE Value Creative Solutions Corp. The SPAC priced 15 million units at $10.00 per unit and will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BEBE U." Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a redeemable warrant. TGE Value Creative Solutions plans to pursue acquisitions in the media, digital media, entertainment, high fashion, lifestyle, culture, and gaming sectors. This listing marks the first step in TGE's strategy to sponsor and list a series of SPACs to facilitate business combinations and accelerate growth in complementary sectors.
