Harte Hanks, Inc. held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 21, 2026. Stockholders voted on the election of four board nominees: Genni Combes, John H. Griffin, Jr., Bradley Radoff, and Elizabeth Ross. All nominees received a majority of the votes cast in favor of their election. Additionally, the stockholders approved, on a non-binding advisory basis, the compensation of the named executive officers. The selection of Wolf & Company P.C. as Harte Hanks’ independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2026, was also ratified with an overwhelming majority of votes in favor.
