Appointment of Scott T. Allan to Board of Directors

Heritage Financial Corporation announced the appointment of Scott T. Allan to its Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of its subsidiary, Heritage Bank, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Allan, 60, is an independent director and will serve on the Audit, Risk, and Technology Committees. He brings diverse experience from leadership roles in various companies, including his current position as a partner at Cascade Growth Partners and previous roles as CEO of Hydro Flask and senior vice president at Helen of Troy. Mr. Allan holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Northwestern University. He also serves on other boards and advisory roles. Heritage Financial Corporation is a bank holding company with a network of 51 banking offices in Washington and Oregon.
