HEICO Corporation Appoints Nanda Kumar Cheruvatath as Independent Director

HEICO Corporation announced the appointment of Nanda Kumar Cheruvatath as an independent director, effective December 24, 2025. Mr. Cheruvatath, 64, brings extensive executive experience from the aerospace and automotive industries, notably his thirty-year tenure at Eaton Corporation plc, where he most recently served as President of Eaton’s Aerospace Group. His responsibilities included leadership, strategic direction, major acquisitions, and developing growth strategies for future aerospace platforms. He also held an Executive Vice President role overseeing standardized operating processes and enterprise-wide initiatives. Since retiring from Eaton in April 2024, Mr. Cheruvatath has advised aerospace companies and currently serves as Vice Chairman of an Eaton joint venture. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and BMS College of Engineering, respectively. Mr. Cheruvatath will also serve on the Environmental, Safety and Health Committee starting December 23, 2025. There are no related party transactions to report.
