Super Hi International Holding Ltd. (NASDAQ: HDL, HKEX: 9658) filed a Form 6-K reporting a change in its executive leadership team. Effective May 20, 2026, Ms. Liu Li resigned as an executive director due to work adjustment and duty re-allocation. Concurrently, the company appointed Ms. Jiang Bingyu as an executive director to align with the group's long-term development strategy and strengthen management team building. Ms. Jiang, aged 39, has over 15 years of experience in restaurant operations and international market management, having served as the Canadian regional manager since March 2023. She previously worked at Haidilao International from 2010 to 2022 and joined Super Hi upon its spin-off and separate listing in 2022. Ms. Jiang holds directorship at 22 subsidiaries of the group and is entitled to an annual director's fee of RMB500,000 plus discretionary performance bonuses.
