Healthcare Triangle, Inc. Enters into Platform Development Agreement with SecureKloud Technologies Limited

Healthcare Triangle, Inc. has entered into a Platform Development Agreement with SecureKloud Technologies Limited (SKL) and its subsidiary Blockedge Technologies Inc. The agreement, effective March 31, 2026, supplements existing master services agreements. SKL, with Blockedge's assistance, will design, develop, and deliver an integrated health advisory and care platform and related AI tools. The project is expected to be completed within 12 to 15 months, by September 30, 2027. All intellectual property rights for the deliverables will be exclusively owned by Healthcare Triangle, Inc. The agreement also addresses outstanding advances totaling approximately $3.825 million paid by Healthcare Triangle, Inc. to SKL and Blockedge. These advances will be offset against future invoices for services rendered. The total budget for the project is capped at $3.0 million, with an additional $0.2 million contingency budget, requiring pre-approval for any costs exceeding $3.2 million.
