On December 11, 2025, HCI GROUP, INC. announced adjustments to executive compensation. The compensation committee approved new annual salaries and cash bonuses for several executives, effective January 1, 2026. Paresh Patel, CEO, will receive a base salary of $950,000 and a cash bonus of $3,200,000. Karin Coleman, COO, will have a base salary of $700,000 and a $250,000 bonus. These decisions were made in consideration of the company's strategic initiatives in 2025.
