Health Catalyst, Inc. Appoints Steven Nelson to Board of Directors

Health Catalyst, Inc. announced the appointment of Steven Nelson to its Board of Directors, effective May 1, 2026. Mr. Nelson's appointment fills a newly created seat due to the expansion of the Board from six to seven directors. He will serve as a Class II director until the 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Nelson brings extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having served in leadership roles at Aetna, ChenMed LLC, Duly Health and Care, and UnitedHealthcare. He will receive compensation in accordance with the Company's non-employee director compensation policy. The appointment is part of the Company's strategy to strengthen its leadership infrastructure for its next phase of growth. Concurrently, Matthew Kolb will not be standing for re-election, reducing the Board size back to six directors after the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
