Horizon Bancorp, Inc. reported its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. Net income for the quarter was $24.9 million, or $0.49 per diluted share, compared to $26.2 million, or $0.51 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2026.
