Globavend Holdings Limited Acquires Loomi Entertainment Group and Appoints New CEO

Globavend Holdings Limited has announced the successful acquisition of 70% of Loomi Entertainment Group Limited ("Loomi Group") for a nominal consideration of US$70. The transaction closed on May 19, 2026. Following the acquisition, Loomi Group is now 70% owned by Globavend and 30% by Ms. Fuk Yan Tse (Sharon). Concurrently, Ms. Tse has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Loomi Group, where she will oversee the operations and strategy of Globavend's digital entertainment business. Ms. Tse brings over 18 years of experience in AI development, digital imaging, and marketing, having previously served as Managing Director and CEO of Pictureworks International Holdings Limited. She also founded a Web3 marketing platform and co-founded a ticketing platform. This strategic move diversifies Globavend's business beyond e-commerce logistics into the digital entertainment sector, leveraging AI-powered media production.
