GBT Technologies CEO Transition and Board Appointment

GBT Technologies Inc. announced the expiration of Patrick Bertagna's employment agreement as Interim CEO on July 15, 2026, and his concurrent resignation from the Board of Directors. The company stated these changes were not due to any disagreements regarding operations, policies, or practices. Immediately prior to his resignation, Bertagna appointed Minh Collins as a director and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 16, 2026. Collins, current President of Cube X Media Corporation (a GBT subsidiary), brings over 20 years of experience in film, television, and commercial production. He will serve as director until the 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Collins' background includes CEO roles at 24 Collins Studios and film directing work for Nu Boyana Film Studios.
