GSK plc Share Repurchase Program Update

GSK plc announced that on December 19, 2025, acting through its broker BNP Paribas SA, it purchased 232,912 of its own ordinary shares. The purchases were made at prices ranging from 1,798.50 GBp to 1,818.00 GBp, with a volume-weighted average price of 1,807.58 GBp per share. These shares will be held as treasury shares and are part of the company's ongoing buyback program. Since September 30, 2025, GSK has repurchased a total of 14,554,645 ordinary shares. Following this transaction, the company holds 240,019,489 ordinary shares in treasury, with 4,075,425,537 ordinary shares in issue. The percentage of voting rights held in treasury is now 5.89%.
