Trans American Aquaculture 8-K

Trans American Aquaculture, Inc. is issuing a Form 8-K to report that its previously issued financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, filed on July 17, 2025, should no longer be relied upon. This is due to errors identified during the year-end audit, including misclassifications within current liabilities (such as notes payable and accrued interest) and other adjustments. Specifically, the restatement will address accounting for a deed in lieu of foreclosure, a related write-off, and a broodstock inventory write-down.
