Grande Group Limited - Officer and Director Changes

Grande Group Limited reports the resignation of Ms. Yujie CHEN as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 7, 2026, due to personal reasons. Ms. CHEN will remain as Director and Chairperson of the Board. Mr. Shihao LIU has been appointed as the new Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 8, 2026. Mr. LIU will receive an annual salary of HK$120,000. The company has also appointed Ms. Ronger FU as an independent director, effective September 8, 2026. Ms. FU will serve on the audit, compensation, and nominating committees and will receive HK$180,000 annually for her services. Both appointments and agreements are detailed in accompanying exhibits.
